Stirred Up

I always like making a Christmas cake. its something I've always done and it marks the start of the Christmas season for me.  It will take about 4 hours to cook and is already smelling delicious with its spices and the fruit soaked in whisky.  Its a shame we have to wait 4 weeks to eat it!
