Following the Plough

Today Sis and I took Jax and Hazel to The Plough at Itchen Abbas for Sunday lunch.  Well, okay, we took ourselves for lunch, the dogs just had gravy bones from a jar supplied by the pub, but they seemed happy enough.  Afterwards we went for a walk along lanes and footpaths.  It was dull and grey, but such a pretty valley.  That's where we met this rather splendid animal with his smiley rider.  Very Hampshire, don't you know!  And doesn't it suddenly look wintry?

Now it's snuggling down for a warm evening.  Have a happy one  xx
