where to start...

I sometimes feel overwhelmed with the world and the things I have to get done. I realise I have OCD tendencies and as I get older I have turned into a really bad list writer. They help me gather my thoughts and work out what needs to be done next...most of the time. I keep one on the bedside cabinet for when I wake in the middle of the night with something to add to the list...how sad!!
Trouble is now it has escalated so that all of these are my lists and contain thoughts and things to get done. Where to start.....pick a book?!

Still no gym, I can't explain how this makes me feel.......
Still it could be worse. Cup half full.
