The Crack of Dawn
I was up and out just after 7am when it was still dark, but as I was driving along the seafront, I was looking at the Victorian street lights which I always admire. It was just starting to get light so I decided to pull up and take a couple of photos as I had a few minutes to spare. The bird on the top just landed before I took this shot, and I think he adds to it.
It was a crazy morning in work, with no computer system, so I had paper diaries for the GP, Physiotherapist and numerous room hirers, so you can imagine what it was like. I know years ago we didn't have computers, but at least there would proper diaries. Anyway, I got through it and the time flew!
I went to the gym on my way home and after a good workout I went in the pool and did a couple of lengths, although my arm is still restricted so I swam on my back and then had a jacuzzi.
Alan's got a day off tomorrow and we’re off on a little adventure tonight so we're all packed up and about to have dinner before we leave. The boys are staying with the doggy sitter so they’ll be well looked after as usual.
Anyway, I'll say bye for now, and I'll try and catch up with you while Alan's driving.
