A tale of two blips

As I prepare for my 3000th blip (tomorrow, and I have a couple of ideas ) I had thought today’s was settled early on when I walked past my colleague Maree Todd’s office at lunchtime and saw a “baby box” up close for the first time.

This is available to all mothers in Scotland on the birth of a child and is full of useful items. What fascinated me was the decoration though, and a little of it is in my extra picture.

Then at dusk I was walking back to the Parliament from a meeting held nearby . As I passed Dynamic Earth I had to avoid a large puddle, the result of a lot of rain earlier in the day..

I looked back at it when I was past, and couldn’t resist the image which is my 2999th blip....
