Moules Puttanesca

Back blip.
Late to bed last night.
Our mussel loving friends came over.
I cooked them two ways.

1. Moules Puttanesca.(Tomatoes,Black olives, chilli, and anchovies)
2. Moules Marinieres. (White wine, onion,bay leaves , fresh thyme, cream, parsley)

Much enjoyed by us all!!

Off to Grassington Dickensian Festival now,(Sat. am)
Must dash. Will back blip tomorrow.
