Counting down

Buddy has been declining over the last year. He is losing mobility, due to a large tumor under one leg, and he has breathing difficulties due to paralysis of the larynx.
On a recent overnight stay at the vet, he became very anxious, and his oxygen level dropped.
We are going to spend the next few weeks spoiling him rotten, then let him go before he suffers needlessly.
