I Love A Parade
You never know when you might run into a parade here in Zihuatanejo. They seem to crop up at the drop of a hat. Like today on my way to town, I came upon a row of military vehicles on the road from La Ropa (you can just make them out at the head of the line) celebrating who knows what. There were lots of flashing lights and horn honking, along with a lot of slow moving traffic. I instantly became a parade member, at least until I could find a side street that allowed me to avoid the traffic jam at the traffic circle. I can only take being in a parade for so long, then I have to get on with my errands.
