He sees it.  The peanut. But he doesn't seem sure about what to do with it.  Then he does his radical jackhammer imitation with that curved bill.  The peanut flips and flops and flies through the air until, at last, he exposes the nut he knew was inside the whole time.  He leaves a happy bird.
