Under the Great Tree

Went to Kolmacurragh Arboretum in the middle of the day, simply to get the fresh air and the sunlight. There's a row of giant trees, one of which is a Sequoia, another a Monkey Puzzle, and another a Lawson Cypress. These yellow fungi were growing in a ring around another of the trees but I simply cannot remember what it is. Perhaps the Yew like waxy red fruits might jog somebody's memory.
