Worlds Within

A nasty wet afternoon today has given me the opportunity to do something I haven't had time to do for months ....... experiment. Because of work and family related pressures, I have had no time just to play about with my cameras. Most days it has just been a question of grabbing a few minutes here or there to blip the first thing I see and which holds any sort of promise.
Today was a bit different. I had a couple of hours to do nothing else but play with a bowl of water, a couple of reading lamps, some colourful calendar photos and a bottle of cooking oil. Marvellous what fun you can have when left alone to experiment. So this is one of the results. It reminds me of something one might photograph in deep space when in fact it was quite the opposite. More like inner than outer space.
