Tiny Tuesday: Ice Crystals
Freyjad has kindly taken on the Tiny Tuesday hosting role this month - many thanks to her!
She's giving us free rein to choose anything we like, but is hoping for some seasonal photos. So I was pleased to find that we had the first proper frost of autumn this morning here in the Northeast, so I popped out into the garden to see what I could find. I liked these ice crystals on a tiny dying stalk of nasturtium, photographed using a focus stack to achieve enough depth of focus.
It's worth looking large, if you've time - it shows off nature's artistic talents best!
