Blue skies to grey skies

We arrived home late yesterday evening. We spent today getting our heads around the grey, damp and dark day. I took this shot in the late afternoon in our back garden just as it was beginning to rain again. I am amused that my canna flower in the centre has a couple of buds at last, in December! I know they don’t flower until they have seven sets of leaves.
