Monkeys Big Move

As you can see Monkey partook in a little celebration we held in honour of our move into our new flat, & who could blame him?!

He's dressed in all his festive-finery & another new outfit from the very exclusive Banana Collection.

We were up with the lark & heading to Haywards Heath with a car full to go sign on the dotted line & pick up the 10 million (6 in reality, which is still quite a lot) keys for the flat. It was a very cold day but the sun shone through & gave us a beautiful bright day to move from there to here.

After a number of travels, our fair share of cuppa's, a delivery of a table & chairs from our good friends in Croydon, a cupcake or two, the half delivery of our brand new & extra comfy-soft bed (thankfully the mattress came, but only half the base.. genius ay?! Even though we paid extra postage for it to arrive today), plenty trips up & down stairs, & a cracking & well deserved Chinese takeaway from one of our locals, we settled down with some Sparkling, our array of Advent Calenders to munch through, thankyou parents & Jenny's fancy work alike, & tuned into the I'm A Celebrity Final. What else!? What better way to bring a long, tiring but very exciting day to a close!?

Pleased Charlie won but I have to say I'm a little saddened as Jen & I both wanted Ashley to win. She was such a good character to watch & we did very much love her! Another great series of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here & I'm already counting down the days to the next.

The building of flat packs & mountains of unpacking await Monkey & Co tomorrow. What fun! It's lucky I packed a banana before I left home today.

Now to bed, in our living room on our new mattress as we do not have a sofa yet. Oh, the luxurious life we lead.
