Pepper from America? (no Wales)

Found this envelope. I'd kept it from earlier in the year cos of the stamp.
I was preparing fajitas and reading the Sunday Times later on.

I had the red peppers, the green peppers, the Sergeant Peppers and the Sunday Pepers....;-)
