End of the rainbow

I wasn't sure we'd go for a walk today, the weather was so bad for most of it, but there was a gap in the rain early afternoon so the dogs and I headed off to the common. By the time we got there, however, another heavy spell of rain and wind had arrived so we sat it out in the car and, although I nearly went straight back home again, after a while there was another sunny interval, so we set off.

Anyway, the cows were all present and correct and quietly working their way through the grass. Although the calves are quite big already, they're still quite cute, so there may be a calf blip or two in the coming days.
