The eagle has landed

We were up and out before it was light this morning to collect Son2 from the airport, following his epic journey back from Réunion Island. We took him for a big cooked breakfast and then dropped him off at +1’s (who was expecting him back in a couple of weeks). It was lovely to see him, albeit briefly, and he’ll be back home on Thursday to vote, so we can catch up some more then.
