Reindeer

Walking through the Thistles Shopping Centre in Stirling this morning, I found out that the city has launched a Reindeer Trail - 20 reindeer painted by local schools and sited around the city centre, mostly in shop windows. There is a competition to find all 20 and say where each is located and which school painted it.

I didn't set out to find them all (maps are available) but came across a few as I made a start on my Christmas shopping. Actually, the fact that I started my Christmas shopping as early as 7th December is in itself quite remarkable. There'll probably still be the usual last-minute rush as Christmas approaches. It's what I do.
