Mae'n Dydd llun, unwaith eto ac mae'r tywydd yn dod yn dawel.  Does dim glaw, does dim gwynt chwaith. Rhedais i yn y bore cynnar.  Dydw i ddim wedi gorffen y rhaglen 'Couch to 5K' eto, ond rydw i'n rhedeg ymhellach na dweud y rhaglen yn barod.  Rydw i'n rhedeg 32 munud hep stopio. Rydw i'n gobeithio i redeg un munud mwy bob wythnos tan rydw i'n gallu rhedeg y 5K yn llawn.

It's Monday day, again and the weather is becoming quiter. There is no rain and no wind either. . I ran in the early morning. I havn't finished the Couch to 5K program yet, but I'm running further than the program says already. I'm running 32 minutes without stopping. I'm hoping to run one minute more every week until I can run the 5K in full.
