Sleigh bells ring

I have finally been touched by the Christmas Spirit.

I came home late; about eight, from a little overtime at work and as we turned the corner I yelled in delight because THE TREE OF ULTIMATE HAPPINESS was back.

Himself nearly drove away from home; he could not cope with my joy at all the lights!

‘Leave the lights alone.

Do not hug the neighbours;

get in the house’

I know not what makes me so excited by these lights.

Even now am opening the blinds to gaze at their loveliness.

These lights will brighten my day for the next month I hope! Morning and evenings.
