Those are some big boots...

I pass this little park on my way home from the Boeing site in south Seattle and I have noticed a very large hat and pair of boots there. Today I decided I would stop to shoot a picture. They are way too big to get both the hat and boots in one picture though. 

I looked this up when I got home to find out where they came from. Apparently they were built in 1953 and were a roadside attraction somewhere in the west but were moved to this park in 2003. Probably they would have been destroyed if some city hadn't save them. They are called Hat 'n Boots.

We had some sunshine today which was very welcome - I took Salem for a walk and got some sunshine on my face and eyeballs.
