This is Tom Lewis of Monachyle Mhor in full flow at the Foodies Festival. There was a distinct whisky flavour to all the dishes he demonstrated and endeared himself to the audience by serving tots of whisky to each of us before he began.

We spent a very enjoyable hour watching and learning. If you ever get the chance, do visit the hotel and restaurant on the banks of Loch Voil.
