A brisk walk.

Trying to get more committed to a daily walk.....so this morning Terry and i headed out ... it said -7 C but with the wind chill i guess it was more like -15!   but we braved it and had a good long walk.   i still feel such joy (even altho it was bitterly cold) at how my legs and back are working again!!!

Didn't blip yesterday but had to make mention of the movie Bohemian Rhapsody....i treated myself to an afternoon performance, there were 4 others in the cinema!!!   It was wonderful, and if you are a child of the 60's and therefore a young adult of the 70's and 80's it is a must see!   The British fashions alone are fabulous...not to mention the hair dos!!!  But the most amazing performance by Rami Malek as Freddie Mercury was the absolute highlight, he captured his essence so well!   not an easy role to play for sure, but he (and other cast members) was outstanding.   I wasn't a huge Queen fan, but loved a few of their songs of course and knew the lyrics to the well known ones....and i really didn't know much about Mercury....what an amazing artist he was!   If you haven't seen it already, give yourself a treat....go see it!
