Christmas Afternoon Tea.

Instead of a Christmas meal out the 'Ladies who Travel' went to a popular little cafe in the next village for a Christmas Afternoon Tea.

A very pleasant experience and we were joined at one point by one of our 'Ladies who Walk'. I gave her my chocolate roll, which I couldn't manage to eat, to have with her coffee whilst some of the others were asking for 'doggy bags'. I enjoyed it all but particularly liked the ginger jam with the slightly cinnamony Christmas scones.

Lots of people have been to this cafe before but it was my first visit. Don't think it will be the last.
