sat in the salon this afternoon with my roots slowly cooking back to the darker shade of brown that my hair has been for a while. My normal shade is a bit vague and wishy washy. It appears also that painkillers do not have a good effect on my hair as I have lost a fair amount of it - not in clumps, but enough that it has noticeable thinned. noticeably for me anyway. Managed to finish the scarf I have been knitting for a friend from work. Also managed to do pretty much most of my work and cook a lovely tea for my boys.

Now to bed - early morning meeting tomorrow.
