Fergus and I went for our walk after lunch. We went round to the harbour, round the old quay, and out along the shore side of the park to the Goldsmith's studio and house then came back the same way but along the street side of the park and home through town passing the town hall and the bookshop (open). Not quite as windy today but it felt really cold on the way out Kilkerran road.

I listened to more of the podcast with Mark Kermode (film critic) on movies with electronic music, then continued with the next in the series in which he discussed the music for Local Hero with Bill Forsyth and Mark Knopfler. That was a treat indeed. He also mentioned the Joan Baez songs on the soundtrack for one of the most memorable science fiction movies Silent Running.
