SATURDAY

After a huge meal at the office Christmas do on Friday evening, I managed to get to the Huddersfield Parkrun in time for a warm up lap. 

It was a freezing cold run - I clipped one second off my PB to finish on 24m 55s.

A fruitless trip into town after the run to find some printer cartridges - I ended up buying them on line.

A miserable end to the day with wind and freezing rain.

The main road is currently closed due to essential repairs to the water pipes so traffic down our lane has increased substantially. The utility workers have been working through the night in freezing conditions to get the job done as quickly as possible.
