Out early for Mr Gs 9:30 specialist. Told to keep wearing finger splint. May find the tissues around tendon will build up. Try to play tennis in New Year. A little pain OK, but stop if painful between knuckles. Then will review at follow up in 4 weeks.

Go for walk down to town while sun out. Mr B meets tennis mate for pre-hols chat. I endulge in an Italian dark hot chocolate at Giggi and buy a few bits at Lidl.

Now both home and do some paperwork.
