Sparkling S

My friend S sparkles, as do the tiny twinkling sequins on her Xmas flamingo sweater. Luckily when we met for coffee at Côte, she had it on.

S loves her flamingos and has even papered a wall in her office with them. Mad or what? Actually it looks better than it sounds.

Just been for my yearly routine eye test at the hospital. Precautionary, they are just keeping an eye on something, but as has been fine for many years, they are confident I won’t have any problems.

Appt was at 1:40 and at 2:15 we’re already on bus back. All good, signed off for another year. Mr B came with as eyesight can be quite blurred from the drops. Will get off at Lansdowne, change bus, and head to the Polish shop in Boscombe to get Mr B’s favourite bread (our local Polish sadly closed a couple of weeks ago)
