Today's the day . . . . . . . . . . . . . for jazz at The Tap

It's not often that I accompany Will to his jazz but we're down in Kendal for a few days - and this evening I did.

It's not that I don't like jazz because I do - or at least some forms of it.  It's more to do with the fact that it has become his place to go.  And when he's painting, he has no need for company!  Tonight, the jazz was excellent - Step Aside Five - except they were missing their trumpet player and so there were only four of them.

This is Will completely in his element, capturing the essence of their playing . . . . . . . . . . .
