Pie!

We seem to be taking lots of photos of Sophie cooking - and that's becaause at the moment Sophie is doing a lot of cooking.
Tonight was a chicken and onion puff-pastry pie. It was absolutely fantastic and we polished every scrap off.
And there was no soggy bottom.
