Out for lunch at a local restaurant and it was very nice indeed. I almost felt like it was nearly Christmas at one point.

Out again in the evening to see my oldest girl in her school panto, the title role no less. She was ace - acting, dancing and singing (including a solo, quite a performance). Not quite sure where she gets it from, there's no way I'd have done anything like that when I was a teenager!

After all that excitement it was time to lie on the sofa with a movie and check out what stocks were like in the drinks cupboard.
