From the front drive
A day of sorting. A rare trip to the butchers. My younger daughter, who used to be vegetarian, has recently developed a more flexible attitude to meat, and ordered "pork with nice crackling" for Christmas Day. There will be a nut roast as well, for W. Then much tidying.
I've added an extra as a record shot - we have a trolley which stands by the patio doors, and is a depository for "anything that should be going out to a shed, but we can't be bothered to take it just now". We cleared it today! And tidied the shoes and welly boots in the corner. Next job for W is better storage for these.
W mentioned that there was "a nice sky" - not very colourful, but dramatic clouds.
And now we're going to cook the kransekake.
