Waking up

Juliette has been asleep all evening on the sofa next to ian. I have been asleep on his other side.

We spent a lovely pre Christmas afternoon at an Open House at friends. After yesterday's energetic walk it was agreeable to spend some hours just drinking and talking to friends.

I must have been exhausted with all the chatting as when we got home I promptly fell asleep and have only just woken up in time to take an emergency blip of my fellow snoozer.
