Boxing Day Walk

Another slow start to the day., though TT had been up and tidied the kitchen which was a bonus.  It was a pj morning, until we agreed to head out for a walk while it was mild and bright.  Hopes Reservoir was our destination.  We have never seen so many cars parked there before, but once we got walking we didn’t see that many people.

We walked right round the reservoir, which we have never done before.  It was lovely and peaceful, and saw no one, except some fellow walkers perched up on the hillside having a  picnic.  On the way back to the car we bumped into a couple of friends just setting off on their walk.

It was home for a snack and TT turned yesterday’s leftovers into a Boxing Day curry which went down well.  BB watched a movie then we watched the Midnight Gang and the Agatha Christie offering.
