St Oswald's
While the men went high up into the mist, SiL V kindly wandered slowly round Grasmere with me. This is St Oswalds, established in 642 and resting place of the Wordsworths . Son R was running his misty route and descended in time to lunch with us. Interested to visit the Heaton Cooper art studio, realising the prints on display were the same as the plates in an old second hand book on Lakeland Tarns I have recently bought. The men descended many hours later. Good job we were in separate cars.
