Parkrun

Started Saturday with Parkrun and met up with my sister again and ran round with her.

Headed up for a weights session afterwards at the gym before breakfast back at the ranch.

MrsT and I then headed into Edinburgh to B&Q for some DIY items before picking up L and A from their 6 hour gymnastics session and giving them both dinner.

Chill out night planned with pizza and a movie.
