Blowy walk
Decided to have a longish walk today so didn't do parkrun because of timing, it gets dark so early.
Beautiful and windy (and muddy) as we headed out along the Fife Coast Path from St Andrews with the wind mainly behind us and we thought the return (from near Boarhills) would be really hard work.
Fortunately the wind had died down a bit and sun and wind had reduced the muddy patches a bit so it wasn't too bad. It's a lovely stretch of coast (and don't be fooled into thinking it's flat) with interesting rock formations at intervals, furry trees and varying amounts of birds (oh, and some old gun emplacements) - there were even 5 sorts of flower seen. I've put some of the interesting features in extras - and still haven't used them all up.
I just started out and realised I could have tried out the new toy - too late!
