Three steps to heaven, or hell.

Went for a cycle ride this morning in New Zealand and John on the bike alongside , went for a spin in France. I will soon get to know  every bump in the road:-) It certainly breaks up the monotony. I knew there was no hope of an outside blip today, so I sneaked back into the gym  with my camera, and took a shot of this new step machine. I haven't been on it as yet, but I've heard it's extremely difficult. It's been yet another dark, damp grey day. I wish the sun would shine, and soon.
