Geese & Gulls...

After the heady heights of yesterday with harriers & owls, it was back to normal today with a blustery walk round the res. There were hundreds of greylags & Canada's which were great to see and hear. They were making signs of taking off so I waited a while... I chose to take photos of the greylags rather than the Canada's...Here's one of them.

The extras are also something I enjoyed watching today - a farmer ploughing his field whilst being followed by gulls (he did give the thumbs up to take photos...always best to ask first).
