New Years Eve

I always enjoy New Years Eve- I like the feeling of Christmas being over and having a quiet settled night with family listening to old vinyl and imbibing of a wee tipple.  I think some of 'M's friends will be arriving later this evening.
We went for a run this morning, and then I went on a good circular walk with Morningside being the main destination to drop off items at the charity shops there.  It always amazes me how rural some of the back streets in Edinburgh seem, this one included.
