Happy New Year

This was the bud of the Dahlia on December 21. Now it is a blast of orange and yellow. The earwigs are having a lovely New Years feast on it.

There was light rain over night. It was cleared this morning and we had some sunshine. It has been so humid. By this afternoon the clouds come back and it cooled a little and become less humid. It did reach 25c early on in the day.
