Welcome 2019
TUESDAY
After just over four hours sleep and a head cold I dragged myself out of bed, dosed up on a Lem-Sip and was out of the door at 7:30 am to attempt New Year's Day double-park runs.
Firstly a 15 mile drive to Dewsbury for the Crow Nest Park run, which I managed in 26m 04s.
Then a 12 mile drive over to Greenhead Park for the Huddersfield Park run for which I recorded 25m 22s.
I drove home over the moors and took this shot at Buckstones Edge on the top of the Pennines. On the first of January 2018 I was in the same freezing cold spot at 7:00 am to capture the first sunrise of the year. It was a bit warmer today at 6˚ C
A visit to relatives in Leeds this afternoon.
Wishing all my Blip friends a happy and healthy 2019.
