Tyninghame Bay at sunset. I rode along the beach towards the end of the day and found myself in the estuary just as the sun nestled behind Traprain Law. The tide was rising and the birds were moving in large flocks around the bay.

The children are home now and we're all a bit sick. Poor Katie has had a tough time of it but can't wait to get back to school :)
