St Mary's
Mr DA came down with Manflu yesterday and so my rearranged birthday outing to the British Wildlife Centre has been rearranged again. We did go out for a little drive this afternoon, though, as Mr DA isn't good at being cooped-up and we popped in to the lovely little church at Chithurst, one of my favourites. It's more than 900 years old and has no electricity, which was unfortunate as it was dark inside by the time we got there, shortly before 4pm.
We also went to Tuxlith Chapel at Milland, which was even darker and appears to have a new roof which looks a little too new at this stage. Nice that it's being looked after, though. Oh, and I saw my first snowdrops of the year there.
