Heavenly Blue

My little Ceratostigma bush is putting on a show.  This afternoon the light was just right to show off the colour, which was a good thing as after yesterday I have not been feeling lively.

Another hot, nor’westery day. When the sun shone it wilted the plants that grew so fast during the weeks of rain. I distributed the last of the 134 litres of stored rainwater to the greenhouse and outdoor pots. If it doesn’t rain again soon I’ll have to get out the garden hose.
