Jack Frost nipping at your toes

I love a frost and how it transforms nature. The hound shows no discomfort in it. Though the grassy ground on the park was 'hard as iron'  he weathered it well.  

Experimented with giving broken up brussel sprouts to the ducks. None in sight so sprinkled them on the bank and in river.

Treated self to book. Saw a tweet about it. The premise being that appreciation of nature, the mindfulness of photography and drawing elements lessens depression.  Not a sufferer but have found nature and drawing can lift my spirits instantly.
