Old Man

Not me !!  at the Old Man of Coniston, 803m tall.
We had started out, on another dull but dry day, circling Tarn Hows from Hawkshead Hill via Rose How and Iron Keld.
We then drove over to the Terrace Coffee House at Brantwood for our refreshment as it was closing when we arrived yesterday and a trip here is not the same without at least one treat here. At 3ish the sky started to break up a little and a hint of colour appeared so I enjoyed some time down on the shore at a jetty landing for the Coniston Launch.
Another lovely day that never felt grey.
