Colour

I wasn't feeling it today and was wondering what my blip would end up being and then I came across this bush sheltered beside a building. What struck me was the colour against all the dullness around it.

Other than a brief meet up with my eldest granddaughter who needed a favor It's been a lazy day.

Day 5 of Dryathlon plus Diet and it's still all good. Still not missing the alcohol but I am missing some foods. I'm determined to see it through!

NIght shift tonight at SAM's so will have to get a nap in at some point so my apologies in advance for not commenting later.
