We finally made it to the British Wildlife Centre today, at the fourth attempt. The lighting conditions were somewhat challenging and there was no sign whatsoever of the sunny intervals my weather apps were promising, and the squirrels are currently locked in their smaller enclosures while the main one is being refurbished. However, it was still a really enjoyable day out, as always, and we've finally got round to joining so we'll be back there again when the squirrels are back in action.
